After Hours On-Demand Rate After 5:00 PM $150.00/hr
Support Request Methods
The acceptable methods for requesting support are via email. If the Client is unable to access email, requests may be made by phone. Mobile text messages will only be accepted for emergencies and should not be used as a primary means of communication.
Important Note
All hourly and monthly service rates are subject to the terms outlined in an IT Services Agreement. This agreement ensures clarity and mutual understanding of the scope of services, terms, and conditions.
